At Peptide Labs, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, purity, and customer satisfaction. Because our peptides and research materials are sensitive, sterile, and temperature-dependent, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately at info@peptidelabs.us.
Once your message is received, our team will review the issue and arrange for a free replacement of the affected item(s). We do not require customers to return damaged goods due to safety and sterility regulations.
Replacements are issued under the following conditions:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product has not been used or tampered with.
The issue is related to shipping, packaging damage, or a verified product defect.
All replacements are shipped free of charge using the same delivery method as your original order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost in transit or marked as undeliverable, we will work directly with the carrier to open an investigation. Once the shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, a replacement order will be issued at no cost to you.
If the tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us within 7 days. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements for delivered packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of our products:
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect product selection, customer error, or change of mind.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
